The Claims Process

FNOL Submission

  • The broker submits a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through our existing link, which automatically routes the request to the applicable Claims team.

Claim Intake and Assignment

  • The insurer ingests the claim request and assigns an adjuster. The broker is advised promptly if any additional information or documentation is required.

Coverage Verification

  • The assigned adjuster verifies whether the reported loss is covered under the policy terms and conditions.

Damage Assessment and Liability Determination

  • The adjuster assesses the damages, determines the liability of the parties involved, and prepares acceptance documents for the insured to review and sign, confirming agreement with the damage assessment.

Claim Resolution

  • Once accepted, the insurer proceeds with resolution—either arranging repairs or reimbursing the insured, depending on the severity and nature of the claim.
