The broker submits a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through our existing link, which automatically routes the request to the applicable Claims team.
The insurer ingests the claim request and assigns an adjuster. The broker is advised promptly if any additional information or documentation is required.
The assigned adjuster verifies whether the reported loss is covered under the policy terms and conditions.
The adjuster assesses the damages, determines the liability of the parties involved, and prepares acceptance documents for the insured to review and sign, confirming agreement with the damage assessment.
Once accepted, the insurer proceeds with resolution—either arranging repairs or reimbursing the insured, depending on the severity and nature of the claim.
We are committed to providing prompt and effective claims support. An adjuster will be assigned to every new claim within 24–48 hours, ensuring that the process begins without delay. In addition, our dedicated team of claims advocates works closely with brokers, insurers, and insureds to keep the process moving forward and to address any challenges that may arise.
